After-Hours Emergencies

WHAT CONSTITUTES AN AFTER-HOUR EMERGENCY?

We are happy to provide after-hour service for emergencies. We kindly ask that you consider whether your issue is an emergency before you call us after hours. If it can be fixed on the next business day without additional damage, then please notify us then and we will promptly attend to it.

Repeated offenders will be charged a $50 maintenance fee if its determined that the issue is not a true emergency.

In order to help you discern what constitutes, we’ve made a quick list:

YES, this is an emergency:

  • Fire
  • Flood
  • Swamp cooler goes out and it’s over 85 degrees
  • Furnace goes out and it’s under 55 degrees
  • Plugged sewer main
  • Fridge loses power
  • Downed tree over your house
  • All power goes out’
  • After-hour lockouts will be subject to a $50 fee

NO, this is not an emergency:

  • Nonworking toilet when another toilet works in your unit
  • Stoves not working
  • Downed tree not threatening the unit
